Frame 9 - Give me Release

Syrian summoned his power once again, and lifted himself into the air. The water churned wildly around him, now spiraling upward in the vaccuum of his energy. The ring of runes brightened greatly, then condensed into one band of light. The band exploded upwards from the surface into his outstretched hand, where it gathered for a moment into a ball before blasting towards the ceiling in a brilliant beam of light.
